ADR has immediate openings for Sales Representatives that are disciplined, customer focused, able to build relationships, self motivated, as well as flexible and adaptive.

Summary of Position:
Sales Representatives are responsible for selling the following services to national accounts:

  • 2- and 3-D animated graphics and modeling
  • Technical illustrations
  • Layout and design services
  • Prepress and graphic design services—for both Mac and PC platforms
  • Print-On-Demand (POD) services—black & white, and high end color (Xerox IGen4 presses)
  • Variable Data Printing (VDP), personalized printing utilizing the full range of XMPie capabilities
  • Wide format printing
  • Comprehensive offering of bindery and finishing services
    • UV coating
    • Lamination—one and two sided
    • Tab cutting with Mylar application (including tabs with body copy)
    • Traditional and PUR perfect binding
    • Wire-o binding
    • Plasticoil binding
    • GBC comb binding
    • Saddle stitching
    • 3-ring binding
    • Loose leaf with tabs
    • Drilling
    • Round cornering
    • Scoring
    • Perforating
  • Web-based fulfillment and distribution
    • Simple to complex hand assembly
    • Pick-n-pack fulfillment
    • All major carriers utilized for both domestic and international shipments
  • Full-service warehousing and storage


  • Provide focused sales expertise in order to introduce ADR to the Sales Representative’s existing client relationships as well as prospective ones
  • Sell, close and manage customized solutions to customers based on ADR’s service offering and customers’ needs
  • Candidates may reside in any location nationwide and work remotely. ADR’s central U.S. location and distribution point provides shortened delivery times and lower costs of shipments


  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience selling graphic arts services to national accounts
  • Proven to close a high percentage of deals, consistently beating sales targets
  • Must be competitive

  • Must work well with other individuals and departments in team sales efforts
  • Self motivated and resilient
  • Does not concentrate only on price; sells products and services on the basis of features, service and support
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Makes excellent use of available technology and tools to generate leads and to make sales
  • Provides a consultative selling approach
  • Keeps current on new developments in the industry and adjusts sales strategies and techniques accordingly. Fully understands the competitive products and work processes of the printing industry. Knows the relative strengths and weaknesses of the competitive products and processes.
  • Knows customers’ printing needs and the specific skills and application advantages needed to compete. Knows how and by whom customers make digital printing decisions in each department-e.g., marketing, finance, human resources, and sales
